• What is the purpose of the Lowell Spinners Fan Feedback Dugout?

  The Lowell Spinners Fan Feedback Dugout was created to give Spinners Fans a place to share their thoughts and opinions about a wide variety of topics including their experiences in the ball park, ticket buying, promotional give-aways, and between inning entertainment.  Insights from members will be used to improve the ball park experience for all fans. Fan Feedback Dugout members also have access to a members-only website, where they can download survey results, get the latest Spinners news and connect with other fans. There will be opportunities to win prizes when a survey has been completed.

• How do people join the Fan Feedback Dugout?

  To become a Fan Feedback Dugout member, you simply complete an online registration form that asks some basic questions so we know what types of surveys would be most relevant to you. You will also need to provide us with your name, address and email address. When you receive a confirmation email after filling out the registration, click on the link in that email to confirm your registration as a panel member. At that point, you are officially a member of the Fan Feedback Dugout. Make sure to add our email address to your address book or safe list so that the confirmation email does not end up in your junk mail.  You can forward this link below to any of your friends so they can join too.

• What is expected of me?

  We design our surveys to take less than 10 minutes to complete.  You will not be asked to complete more than 12 surveys per year.  We know you are busy and understand that sometimes you will not have the time to spare to take a survey. 

• How do I take a survey?

  We will email you an invitation to participate in a survey.  Embedded in the text of the email invitation will be a link directing you to the survey.  You can either complete the survey immediately or take it at a later time.  The closing date for the survey will be included in the email notification you receive.  You need to complete the survey by this date to be eligible for drawings.

• Do you really read and consider all of the responses to surveys?

  Yes! Your input is very valuable. There are no right or wrong answers to any survey questions – we want your honest opinions. We take all survey responses in aggregate and gather a general sense of how Fan Feedback Dugout members feel about all topics relating to baseball, the Spinners and visiting LeLacheur Field.

• What if I cannot access a survey link, or have trouble completing a survey?

  If you have technical difficulty in accessing the survey link or completing a survey, please let us know by sending an e-mail with your name and date you took the survey to lowellspinners@researchresults.com. 

• How will my privacy be protected?

  Your survey responses are strictly for the Spinners to receive feedback. Your responses are always kept confidential and are used only in aggregate with those of other participants.  Your name is never given to anyone and you will never receive any type of solicitation as a result of participating in our surveys.

• Who is Research Results, Inc.?

  Research Results, Inc. is an independent marketing research and data collection company that built the Lowell Spinners Fan Feedback Dugout.
